KamalaHQ is yet again taking random words out of context in order to mislead voters on a serious issue.
Here is the official stance from JD Vance’s office:
“Throughout his campaign for U.S. Senate and during his time in office, Senator Vance has consistently made clear that he supports reasonable exceptions for r*pe, incest, and life of the mother. Senator Vance has also stated repeatedly that he agrees with President Trump on abortion policy being set at the state level, not the federal level, and like President Trump, he agrees that we need to find common ground on this issue. As a senator, he has not supported any legislation which would impose a federal abortion ban.”
This talking point from KamalaHQ is a severe and exaggerated scenario that rarely occurs.
KamalaHQ has weaponized this issue to make it seem more prevalent than it actually is.
According to pro-abortion-rights Guttmacher Institute, only 1% of abortions are sought due to r*pe and less than .5% of abortions are sought for incest.
