DONALD J TRUMP – Freedom From Globalism
LIST OF ACHIEVEMENTS SINCE ELECTED IN 2016
I can’t heap enough praise on this man for caring so much about humanity, not just Americans (who were bright enough to vote him into office, thank you) but in all that he is doing, it also helps the World.
God Bless you Donald Trump for caring
The nonsense that is said in the fake news about the Trump family is deplorable.

How is Donald Trump considered rich if he has filed for bankruptcy multiple times in the past?
As with all bankruptcies, they are primarily filed to by large companies to survive economic downturn which is exactly what happened in recession where all casinos suffered great losses. He never filed chapter 7 where everyone loses, employees are let go and business and assets are sold off to pay largest creditors while small ones lose everything, as do stock holders.
None of his company bankruptcies were chapter 7, all were chapter 13 reorganization, and not one business was closed or employees let go, they all files to restructure debt to remain in business, which they all did, and then Trump sold them, so bankruptcies are not as negative as they are promoted to be which is what the liberal liar loser lame stream media spewed constantly. Know the facts, do not listen to corrupt news. Even more credit should be given to him having lost millions in recession and came back even stronger to become a multibillionaire.

Where is a complete listing of all of Trump’s business failures and bankruptcies?
Donald Trump’s New Business Partners Just Published A Damning List Of All His Failures
The former president’s lengthy history of bankruptcies, failed licensing agreements and lawsuits are laid bare in excruciating detail in a filing for his new media company.
By
A document filed by Donald Trump’s new business partners makes terrible reading for the former president.
Trump’s business failings — and the number of lawsuits he currently faces — are laid bare in damning detail in the S-4 registration statement that Digital World Acquisition Corp., the special-purpose acquisition company that is merging with Trump’s Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. to take it public, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
Multiple risk factors associated with doing business with Trump are highlighted in the filing because, it says, the company’s success depends largely on his reputation and popularity.
Of Trump’s lengthy history of bankruptcies, it states:
Entities associated with President Trump have filed for bankruptcy protection. The Trump Taj Mahal, which was built and owned by President Trump, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1991. The Trump Plaza, the Trump Castle, and the Plaza Hotel, all owned by President Trump at the time, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1992. THCR, which was founded by President Trump in 1995, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2004. Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc., the new name given to Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts after its 2004 bankruptcy, declared bankruptcy in 2009. While all of the foregoing were in different businesses than TMTG, there can be no guarantee that TMTG’s performance will exceed the performance of those entities.
Of failed license agreements with Trump, it notes:
Trump Shuttle, Inc., launched by President Trump in 1989, defaulted on its loans in 1990 and ceased to exist by 1992. Trump University, founded by President Trump in 2005, ceased operations in 2011 amid lawsuits and investigations regarding the company’s business practices. Trump Vodka, a brand of vodka produced by Drinks Americas under license from the Trump Organization, was introduced in 2005 and discontinued in 2011. Trump Mortgage, LLC, a financial services company founded by President Trump in 2006, ceased operations in 2007. The Lincoln Project: Home, a travel site founded by President Trump in 2006, ceased operations in 2007. Trump Steaks, a brand of steak and other meats founded by President Trump in 2007, discontinued sales two months after its launch. While all these businesses were in different industries than TMTG, there can be no guarantee that TMTG’s performance will exceed the performance of these entities.
In both cases, the statement warns there are “no assurances” that the new company will not go the same way as Trump’s past scuttled ventures.
The filing also details the “numerous lawsuits and other matters that could damage his reputation, cause him to be distracted from the business or could force him to resign from TMTG’s board of directors.”
They range from the congressional investigation into Trump’s role in the incitement of the deadly U.S. Capitol riot and his alleged removal of classified documents to a defamation lawsuit from writer E. Jean Carroll, who has accused Trump of rape.
“The foregoing does not purport to be an exhaustive list,” the document warned.
Donald Trump has NEVER – NOT ONCE – filed personal bankruptcy. What he HAS done in the course of his business career, he has bought companies and legally used bankruptcy laws to restructure their debt (usually as a result of bad management by the previous owners), just as businesses do all the time…but as I said before, he has NEVER filed for personal bankruptcy himself.
His critics and naysayers – the gloom and doomers in the mainstream/drive-by media – are chronically, if not perpetually dishonest in their ‘selective’ presentation of the truth as ‘they‘ see it.
The New York Times boasts their motto as ‘All the News that’s Fit to Print’. The reality is more like ‘All the News We See Fit to Print‘, and any American with an IQ over 70 (the clinically defined standard for mental retardation) will come to realize what frauds they are and forever will be.
Back in 1979-80, Liberals were going apoplectic, ballistic, crazy, and downright ‘loco’ at the thought of actor Ronald Reagan becoming President of the United States.
They swore he’d get us into World War III guaranteed. By the time Reagan left office at the end of his two terms, the Cold War had ended without the firing of a single shot.
All this fearmongering about Trump is no different than what happened when Reagan ran in 1980, which leaves me calling this a case of Major-League Deja-Vu.
This is especially so when you consider that in my lifetime, that Presidents Carter, Reagan, Clinton and Obama ALL got into office, DEFYING the conventional ‘wisdom’ of the ones who turned out to be ‘unlearned’ where it really counted…
…at the ballot box.
How many times did Donald Trump or his businesses go bankrupt?
Does it really matter?
Obviously you have never been in business for yourself!
Let’s say that you invest every cent you have in a new business and by the grace of God you become wildly successful. Let’s say that business was in the construction and development of office/warehouse buildings. Then after 5 or 10 years of living the dream, you decided to go into a similar, but different business, let’s developed some retail strip centers and the occasional shopping mall. Low and behold another 5 or 10 years go by and you decided to branch out again, only this time it’s high rise hotels and office buildings. Has the thought ever crossed your mind, where does the money come from?
Are you under the impression that you take a big risk and go into business it comes with a money tree or that your guaranteed success in each and every venture?
This is why investors buy into a share of a business/corporation to share in the profits, but if the venture fails, you are able to shield you’re other assets from possible lawsuits if the business fails.
Each venture will have its own corporate charter so that the investors have an opportunity to recoup their investment and make some additional income. Just because you have 10 or even 20 successful ventures doesn’t automatically mean that they all will.
I feel certain that every hotel, office tower, casino or any other development is/has its own corporation charter regardless if you are the managing partner or an investor.
President Trump has had more winners than losers, you can take that to the bank.
I hope this helps you understand why the tax laws are in place to encourage building a business, taking a risk and having people protect themselves and limit their liability if that business does fail.
How many businesses did Donald Trump ruin from not paying his contractors? How was he able to get away with it?
The list is endless. Trump prefers to spend his money on lawyers in order to avoid payment to his suppliers.
Larry Walters
The owner of a Las Vegas-based drapery business, Walters was contracted to supply Trump’s hotel in the city. Trump’s company, however, demanded Walters provide additional work beyond the original contract. When Walters resisted, refusing to hand over some fabric that was in dispute, “sheriff’s deputies burst into his factory after Trump Ruffin sued him. Trucks took the fabric away,” the WSJ’s Alexandra Berzon reports.
Walters claims he never had similar disputes in the past and an investigation of local court records backs him up. The final outcome? Under threat of prolonged litigation Walters settled for $380,000 less than he says he was owed.
Forest Jenkins
In 1988 Jenkins was the hardworking entrepreneur who was was thrilled to secure a large contract to install toilet partitions in Trump’s Atlantic City casino. Unfortunately for Jenkins, the casino filed for bankruptcy just two years after opening. “After years of fighting through bankruptcy court, the Jenkins ended up with just 30 cents on the dollar. Their company was owed $231,000, according to the bankruptcy claim filed in the case. The Jenkins family received $70,000,” reports CNN (follow the link for a video segment on the story).
Edward J. Friel
Friel was another small business owner initially thrilled by the prospect of supplying Trump’s first Atlantic City casino with cabinets for slot machines. But after the job was both completed and approved, Friel tells CNN, Trump refused to make the final payment, meaning Friel made no profit on the deal.
What’s more, CNN spoke to Friel’s son, who made further accusations. He “believes Trump used his enormous influence to block his father’s company from working on any future Atlantic City projects,” says the article. Friel eventually had to file for bankruptcy due to his troubles with Trump.
Judith and Nicolas Jacobson
Now divorced, the Jacobsons were a married couple who previously owned a chandelier business in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2004, Trump ordered three fixtures worth $34,000 for his Mar-a-Lago resort from them, but then refused to pay in full, saying the Jacobsons’ work was shoddy, WSJ reports. They denied this claim but facing endless legal wrangling, the couple settled.
And then there are the really huge debts:
1. Trump owes $447m as part of his partnership with Vornado Realty Trust, on towers in New York and San Francisco
2. The bond market: $257m in loans taken against several of the most famous Trump properties have been packaged, along with a bunch of non-Trump loans, into commercial mortgage-backed securities
3. Trump owes up to $340m to Deutsche Bank
4. Trump has at least $25m in debt with four small banks and one asset manager
5. There is a $50m debt to Chicago Unit Acquisition Trust, secured against the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago
And there is so much more….
How do people like Donald Trump go bankrupt multiple times and continue receiving more loans?
How do people like Donald Trump go bankrupt multiple times and continue receiving more loans?
I don’t think most people care.
For the record, Donald Trump has never gone bankrupt. Never. Some corporations that he controlled have gone bankrupt, but he has never gone bankrupt. The bankruptcies were all done under Chapter 11, which means the company is reorganized and debtors are usually paid a portion of what they are owed.
The press likes to say that Donald Trump has gone bankrupt. He hasn’t. His casinos in New Jersey went bankrupt. His weren’t the only ones, by the way. We can argue about whether or not that makes him a bad businessman, but that’s irrelevant, according to American voters. Many of his other businesses are profitable and it is not unusual for large businesses to go bankrupt. General Motors, Chrysler, Circuit City, A&P, Radio Shack, Blockbuster, and others have all gone bankrupt, as well as many other casinos.
What are the businesses that Donald Trump started that succeeded, not the 20 that failed?
It’s not 20 Trump businesses that failed, it’s over 60 Trump businesses that failed. And these included six bankruptcies for many billions of dollars altogether. Trump bankrupted three casinos, which no one thought was even possible at the time, since casinos can “dial in” their profit margins.
Trump has more major business failures than anyone in American history, and probably more than anyone in world history.
Trump is a terrible businessman and it seems he is likely to go bankrupt again, unless his hero and puppet-master Putin decides to bail him out.

- Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama (the Trump name was removed from the building after numerous Trump lies and shady dealings):
Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama was the first international “named branded development” of The Trump Organization. But it was surrounded by shady dealings:
Donald Trump arranged financing for the project from Bear Stearns: a $230 million bond offering for which he received a $2.2 million commission. During the financing, Ivanka Trump falsely claimed that over 90% of the units had been sold, and that their sale price was five times that of comparable units. She also exaggerated demand for the units, claiming they were selling out even as potential buyers were being offered substantial discounts.
During the development, Donald Trump falsely implied that the Trump Organization had a financial stake in the project and was acting as the developer, neither of which were true.
The hotel opened on July 6, 2011, approximately a year behind schedule. Two months later Fitch Ratings downgraded $220 million in construction bonds from B-sf to CCsf due to “continued uncertainty over the willingness and ability” of buyers to take possession of apartment units.”
The Trump Organization managed the hotel until Cypriot businessman Orestes Fintiklis, who had bought a majority stake in the hotel condominium association, legally ousted them and had the Trump name removed from the building in 2015 and from the hotel in 2018. The hotel was renamed The Bahia Grand Panama until Marriott took over on September 26, 2018. Professional management at last!
In June 2019 Fintiklis accused Trump companies of tax evasion.
